Medical Imaging Partnership exists to provide access to equipment, expertise, training, staff, funding, and encouragement to local organizations in developing countries with special emphasis on Africa and Latin America. MIP is excited to announce its collaboration with the University of Rochester Medical Center. The formal Memorandum of Understanding provides a general framework for sustainable collaboration to provide medical imaging training and education to all medical personnel.

Current Projects
Thanks to the support of its generous donors, MIP was able to donate a Sonosite portable ultrasound system to Kabanga Hospital in the country of Tanzania. Since its conception in 2009, MIP has donated ultrasound units to the countries of Sarajevo, Tanzania, Haiti, and Guyana.
